By installing, accessing or using MysteryWolf OS, MysteryWolf applications or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Development Software

MysteryWolf OS and MysteryWolfBook may include software, features or hardware support that is under active development. Features may change, be replaced or be removed in future releases.

3. Installation and Data

Installing an operating system can erase or overwrite data on the selected storage device. Users are responsible for backing up important information before installation.

Users must verify that the correct disk has been selected before starting an installation.

4. Updates

MysteryWolf may provide operating-system, application, security or compatibility updates. Updates may modify or replace existing software.

5. Third-Party Software

MysteryWolf OS may include or support software created by third parties. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences and terms.

6. Acceptable Use

MysteryWolf software and services must not be used to intentionally damage systems, interfere with services, violate applicable laws or compromise another person's security or privacy.

7. Warranty and Availability

MysteryWolf OS and related development projects are provided on an as-available basis. Continuous availability, compatibility with all hardware and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MysteryWolf is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from installation, use, hardware incompatibility, data loss or interruption of MysteryWolf software or services.

MysteryWolfBook specifications and availability may change during development. Information shown on this website should not be treated as a final commercial specification unless explicitly stated.
